Gathr is looking for a friendly, helpful, happy person to provide general email and phone support to the Gathr community. The majority of general support questions involve Gathr's website navigation, movie ticket locating/printing/refunds, reception, film submissions and filmmaker support.
This job pays between $12-$15/hr (depending on experience) and will last for a 3 month term.
Software Skills Preferred
- Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
- Google Docs
Qualities and Experience Required
- Customer Service Experience (1-3 yrs)
- Ability to handle and work in high pressure and time-sensitive situations
- Be energetic with the ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in film distribution and/or exhibition is helpful
This position requires an outgoing personality with the ability to communicate effectively and patiently to a variety of customers and team members.
A passion for independent cinema and documentary films would be nice, too!
