Responsibilities
- Define clear and concise product requirements, including features, functionalities, and performance metrics.
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's overall vision.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop and launch new AI-powered products.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that balance short-term deliverables with long-term product vision.
- Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) or pilot projects to showcase the power of AI solutions and their potential business benefits.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and gather feedback to inform product development.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life.
- Travel domestically to customer sites as needed (up to 20% of working hours).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, chemistry, statistics, mathematics, operations research, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and managing AI/ML projects, including project scoping, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, methodologies, and their applications in manufacturing.
- Experience in semiconductor equipment, processes, or yield management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of product management for AI/ML solutions, including market analysis, product positioning, and roadmap development.
