Business Development especially at an early stage startup covers a wide spectrum of work from lead generation and management, marketing, public relations to fundraising. Gauss Labs is looking for a business development manager who is proactive in taking on new challenges and actions collaborating with various stakeholders. You will be able to experience and learn various business-related functions promoting the new tech adoption in the manufacturing industry. 

Responsibilities

    • Use quantitative and qualitative methods to help Gauss Labs better understand the market in developing business and product strategy
    • Support developing strategic business plans by collaborating with the Product and Tech teams
    • Develop and implement marketing, branding, and promotional programs to stimulate demand for Panoptes
    • Develop marketing assets or content that deliver our value proposition effectively
    • Develop and manage marketing leads that can be nurtured into sales leads
    • Execute sales operational tasks by providing administrative supports including pricing, legal, etc.

Basic Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales, total minimum 5 years of work experience
    • Experience developing marketing or sales assets or content, showing the ability to analyze the market and build a solid storyline with strong selling points
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze the situation quickly and take actions
    • Proactive mindset looking for ways to achieve the company goal and excel further
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the IT industry working with manufacturing industry customers
    • Project management skills working cross-functionally with fast-moving timelines
    • Strong growth mindset with the ability to study and learn new, unfamiliar areas
