As a Product Designer at Gauss Labs, you will play a key role in designing AI/ML-based industrial software that dramatically improves productivity in the semiconductor and manufacturing. Your work will focus on designing complex data and technology into user-friendly UX/UI, helping to develop next-generation industrial solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. You will support the entire Gauss Labs design ecosystem and ensure seamless integration of various products and features within the Panoptes platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI/ML products that assist in improving semiconductor yield.
- Lead in designing and contributing to decision-making across all user touchpoints, as an independent designer for products or specific requirements.
- Propose product improvements by collecting both quantitative and qualitative data on user pain points proactively.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in UX design, with the ability to understand data CRUD and create seamless user experiences.
- Expertise in UI design, capable of visualizing complex information structures into beautiful and clear Web UI.
- Excellent collaboration skills to communicate flexibly with stakeholders(PMs, Designers, Engineers, Marketers, etc.) to coordinate complex requirements.
- Proficient in design tools including Figma, Adobe, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing AI/ML-based industrial B2B solutions/products.
- Experience in designing products with consideration for global user experience and multilingual support features.
- Experience in building and improving design systems.
- Ability to conduct and analyze data analysis, user research, and usability testing to improve user experience.
- Ability to effectively implement user flows through prototyping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
