We’re looking for a Campaigns Coordinator to help execute Gearset’s marketing campaigns with precision and efficiency. Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Campaigns, you’ll follow established frameworks to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.

This role is perfect for a highly organised, process-driven, and collaborative individual who thrives on execution. As a true 'doer,' you'll ensure marketing campaigns are flawlessly implemented, meeting deadlines, and driving maximum impact. 

What's the opportunity for a Campaigns Coordinator?

    • Execute marketing campaigns according to frameworks and playbooks, with a focus on driving lead acquisition and engagement.
    • Coordinate campaign activities across marketing channels, including email, paid media, social media, content, and virtual events.
    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to keep campaigns on track.
    • Assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting key insights to the Marketing Manager – Campaigns.
    • Maintain clear documentation of campaign schedules, assets, and results.

About you

    • You’re an organised, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple tasks 
    • You are proactive and willing to take ownership to ensure campaigns run smoothly
    • You have strong communication skills and collaborate well with cross-functional teams
    • You have experience in a similar role executing multi-channel campaigns

Great to haves

    • Experience in writing concise, compelling B2B copy for SaaS products.
    • A results-driven approach and understanding of the importance of tracking
    • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
    • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Salary and benefits (the stuff you’d expect!)

    • Salary is £28k - £35k (depending on experience)
    • This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday with the option of flexible home working (for most of us that looks like 2-3 days a week in the office)
