ABOUT GENERATION:
Generation is a global non-profit organization that supports adults to achieve economic mobility through employment.  Generation trains and places adult learners of all ages into careers that are otherwise inaccessible, working in partnership with governments, employers, and other system actors. Launched in 2015, Generation comprises a global hub (Generation You Employed, or GYE) and a network of in-country affiliates. To date, the network has 100,000+ graduates, 14,000 employers and 40+ professions in 17 countries. When learners join Generation, 90% are unemployed, of whom half are long-term unemployed. Three months after program completion, graduates have an 80% employment rate, rising to 90% within six months. Generation global graduates have earned $1 billion+ in wages to date.

WHO ARE GENERATION EMPLOYABILITY COACHES:
Generation Employability Coaches are effective catalysts who help learners leverage the skills taught in-program to land a job. Learners in Generation range from fresh graduates to mid-career professionals who attend bootcamp training to learn the mindsets, technical and behavioral skills they need to upskill/reskill themselves and kickstart a career in a new industry. Fueled by passion for the social sector, and enabled by a growth mindset with personal responsibility, Generation Employability Coaches help deliver the “last mile” support to assist learners in securing employment. If this sounds like you, we welcome you to learn more about a mentorship role with Generation.
