WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Amid an exciting phase of growth, Genesis is actively scaling our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and related tactics across Sales, Marketing, Client Success and Partners. A successful Analyst will play a truly critical role directly influencing and driving progress against our two (2) most important outcomes – growth and Client health. If you’re looking to build an incredible foundation of knowledge and experience within SaaS and partner with leaders and colleagues who “have done it before”, this may be the opportunity for you!

You’ll see the business from many lenses, you’ll have C-suite exposure and you’ll have a wealth of great humans to learn from, however, you MUST be able to ruthlessly prioritize and develop a deep understanding of what will drive the highest impact against our goals.
Proactivity and thoughtful collaboration will be rewarded as you will seek to move fast, but with proper context. Finally, you will be highly action oriented, but you’ll seek to inform that action with a lens on best practices relevant to Genesis – from both internal and external, market sources.
