This role is a temporary position with a fixed-term contract, expected to last 5 months for parental leave coverage

We are looking for a Contract Talent Coordinator to ensure our employee and candidate experiences are top notch. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in daily operations in the Talent Acquisition, able to autonomously plan the most efficient procedures, and will be able to proactively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently. This will require excellent communication and organizational skills.

You Will

    • This role is primarily responsible for supporting a world-class candidate experience from scheduling interviews to onboarding
    • You’ll also liaise with our executive admin team to help connect candidates with our leadership team
    • Take ownership of the scheduling process, end to end, for evergreen and opportunistic hiring needs
    • Act as a partner for recruiting ops problems and help us find solutions through a mix of data, tools, and collaboration
    • Use our recruiting “tech stack” to help our teams streamline processes to delight candidates and stakeholders
    • Use tools like Lever to uphold a timely and positive hiring and onboarding experience and process
    • Manage clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners in written and verbal form
    • Maintain confidential employee data and run analytical reports 
    • Managing all recruiting event activities, including university recruiting event calendar management, registration, and logistics
    • Assist with the summer internship program management
    • Responding to internal and external inquiries or requests and provide assistance in a timely manner

You Have

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
    • Minimum 1 year experience, 2-3 years experience preferred in TA operations
    • Prior experience in a fast paced tech company is preferred
    • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills 
    • Passionate about building and growing relationships
    • Care deeply about building a diverse and inclusive recruiting pipeline and work environment
    • Have a track record of supporting multiple scheduling or customer needs at a time with a high level of accuracy
    • Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to continuously improve and streamline processes 
    • Ability to keep and handle confidential information appropriately 
    • Fast learner with a growth mindset who thrives in a constantly evolving environment with shifting priorities while maintaining a get it done attitude
    • Proficient in MS office and/or Google Suite. Familiarity with Lever a plus
