We are seeking a Contract Manager to support the General Counsel in managing a variety of inbound and outbound contractual agreements. Built is a fast-growing, highly funded company which is rapidly expanding its service offering both organically and through acquisitions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is eager to coordinate with multiple business divisions to implement contracts for new and existing services.

This position will rely heavily on your ability to adeptly manage multiple, competing priorities and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. You are organized, work effectively across all levels, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

Responsibilities

    • Supporting Built’s sales force in creating and negotiating customer agreements including MSA, Order Form, SOW
    • Reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements
    • Support Client Success department in managing contract renewal process
    • Managing the procurement process including negotiating commercial terms for vendor contracts during the procurement process
    • For both in-bound and out-bound contracts, ensuring post-contract management by logging contract details into appropriate systems, creating contract summary sheets, and managing renewal processes
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes

Requirements

    • Advanced contract drafting skills
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Microsoft office proficiency including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • 4+ years of experience as a contract manager or similar function
    • Bachelor’s degree

Desired Experience

    • Certified paralegal or JD
    • Experience at a SaaS software company
    • Familiarity with Salesforce
    • Familiarity with Zoom, and Google Drive
