Role: We fundamentally believe in earning our clients business every single day. In this role as a Customer Success Manager you will:
-Collaborate directly with clients to build and own valuable relationships and ensure their success while using our application
-Manage client inquiries & deliver detailed instructions, best practices, and performance values
-Handle complex business process requests, change management, and risk analytics
-Provide client training on best practices around daily operations & support using Built’s application
-Understand how our clients measure their own success and monitor support in that success
-Understand, document and report on new product enhancements
-Manage assigned projects & coordinate the necessary resources
-Proactively seek ways to add value to your team & Built

Position Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years’ experience in relationship management or customer success roles in investment management, banking, FinTech or B2B SaaS
-Track record of success in a rigorous environment with tight deliverables and high standards
-Passion for people, the creative ways of networking, helping and assessing ways to improve a client's process and procedures
-Ability to create and apply non-traditional solutions to problems
-Strong track record of partnering with senior clients to work through complex problems
-Prior experience with SQL, Python or other databases & coding languages is desirable
-Persuasive, clear and concise communication
