The Built Technologies growth operations team uses data to optimize strategy and process, creates frameworks to prioritize action, and scales successful initiatives. You will identify opportunities and efficiencies, create and implement strategic action plans, and work cross-functionally to drive change.

Job Description: What you will do

    • Set Strategy and Manage Change
    • Help set metrics and goals that drive performance and create value
    • Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in business decision-making
    • Implement change management solutions and organize teams around action plans

    • Enable Quality at Scale
    • Identify levers to improve key internal and client metrics (e.g. cost/ARR, client NPS)
    • Perform analyses to test hypotheses and recommend operational improvements
    • Build processes to efficiently scale sales, client success and other cross-functional teams
    • Develop a deep understanding of the drivers of customer retention, adoption, growth and maturity to improve the experience for Built’s lender, builder and borrower users

    • Reporting
    • Support forecasting and planning for Sales, Client Success and Marketing
    • Report on progress and trends in our business to drive accountability across teams
    • Build and maintain key operational dashboards

Skills: What you will bring to the role

    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Analysis and data management expertise: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & GSuite; SQL and Python preferred; Salesforce and/or Looker a plus
    • Entrepreneurial attitude, bias towards action and drive to simplify  
    • Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration 
    • Comfort working in fast-paced environment with limited guidance 
    • 2-5 years of relevant experience: Consulting, business operations, finance or start-up environment; financial services, banking and/or enterprise B2B SaaS experience preferred but not required
