Technical Project Managers are responsible for ensuring successful delivery of in-flight solutions related to the implementation of Built’s clients and development of new product offerings during the customer life cycle.  This is accomplished through relentless reduction of ambiguity and ruthless prioritization and focus. This person is accountable for demonstrable and measurable outcomes for delivery of functionally complete integrations and acts as a crucial hub of information for the business throughout the full product development lifecycle. 

The Technical Project Manager will coordinate all engineering, labor, and materials to ensure that projects are on time and on budget.

Role and Responsibilities:

    • Work with the Implementations Data Project Manager to coordinate the scoping, prioritization, delivery and, where applicable, ongoing maintenance of client data services (one-time data import, ongoing data connections, and Single Sign On implementations)
    • Serve as the liaison between clients and engineering for all custom integration, data requirements, and new product feature releases - you’ll work with clients and prospects to identify product needs and translate those needs into clear requirements documentation, and with engineers to design client solutions to be built upon our existing data and product architecture
    • Establish and ensure adherence to a clear process for service prioritization and delivery, and improve the process over time based on feedback
    • Serve as the primary point of client contact for all data and technical services at all points in the customer lifecycle after implementation in support of ongoing account growth
    • Support the Implementations Data Project Manager and Product Owners as they work with clients to obtain and validate data and business requirements to be used in or with Built’s platform
    • Work with data services engineers to ensure orderly delivery of client data service
    • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain a prioritized queue of data and product deliverables
    • Contribute to resource development and internal training plans to ensure that Built’s technical services are always well represented in client communication


    • Experience working directly with clients and prospects to assess needs and define technical scope
    • Experience working with engineers to deliver client-specific technical solutions
    • Must be passionate about learning the nuances of construction lending customer data and how it maps to the Built platform
    • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and balance the workload
    • At least 2-5 years prior technical project management experience
    • Proven history of collaborating with external stakeholders to bring integrations to life that meet the business needs within the allotted timeframes
