We strive to empower lenders, owners/borrowers, builders, inspectors, and more with innovative technologies that enable participants to manage risk, maximize productivity and improve the experience of accessing and managing construction capital. In 2019, we completed a Series B financing round of $35 million led by Goldman Sachs Investment Partners bringing our total funding to $59 million.  Our rapid growth gives us the opportunity to invest in team expansion and development.  

Built Services is a new division within the Built for Lenders business unit, helping to streamline and simplify how Built’s clients access common services within the industry. We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial candidate that will have a unique opportunity to play a key role in an important initiative at Built. This person will work cross-functionally with several teams at Built with the objective of enabling the Services leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Built, view the world through an analytical lens, learn quickly, and be able to move fast while keeping focused on high-impact projects.


    • Develop and implement analytical frameworks to support the division in business decision-making
    • Develop, modify and iterate on Services pricing models and strategies
    • Work with product to use information and insights gathered to drive business resource decisions
    • Create testing strategies relating to client adoption rates and implement data-driven decision frameworks to drive increased utilization across all service lines  


    • Own the creation and optimization of scalable billing processes and reporting for all services
    • Support forecasting and planning for new and existing service offerings
    • Partner to create and implement a services specific P&L (or approximate)


    • Partner to build and maintain scalable reports and dashboards in support of business needs
    • Drive operational excellence that supports cross-functional partners, and ensure the smooth running of weekly, monthly and quarterly business rhythms
    • Focus on process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement


    • 2+ of relevant experience in business operations, marketplace operations or financial analyses
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Analysis and data management expertise
    • Expertise in Excel or excel like applications
    • SQL and Python preferred; Salesforce and/or Looker a plus
    • Entrepreneurial attitude; bias towards action and drive to simplify  
    • Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration 
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance
