We are currently looking for a Growth Hacker/Marketing Manager to drive demand, excitement and ultimately adoption and engagement of Built’s contractor solution. This individual is an expert in deploying global marketing strategies designed to drive measurable growth using a mix of channels, mediums and content, in order to demonstrate the value of Built to our construction stakeholders. This position will be responsible for executing and continuously optimizing on the marketing strategy and tactics that will drive bookings as validated through analytics and insights. The individual in this role is highly creative, thinks outside the box and possesses a data-driven, testing mindset.

What you'll do

    • Assist in the development of strategic, integrated marketing plans and programs that align with the organization’s goals: drive online traffic and leads, drive brand affinity, and top of mind awareness through email touchpoints and 1:1 communication
    • Incorporate personalization, segmentation and relevancy into the email program to drive higher engagement and future re-engagement
    • Manage the set-up of one-time and automated email campaigns, content and message optimization, list segmentation, deployment, and reporting
    • Provide support for conferences/events, and other initiatives that the marketing team has committed to
    • Design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline
    • Deeply understand the lifecycle of customers and end-users on Built and identify opportunities for growth and messaging
    • Drive engagement within the Built ecosystem by promoting webinars, blog content, and happenings at Built

Who you are

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience
    • 3 years experience in marketing preferably in digital/omni-channel marketing
    • Strong brand and customer story-telling skills
    • Experience in executing digital and physical marketing campaigns and oversight of material creation 
    • Strong analytical and research insight skills to interpret performance, trends and extrapolate opportunities
    • Effective communicator with both written and verbal presentations skills
    • Ability to demonstrate and lead new ideas and thinking through effective story-telling
    • Proficient in Google, LinkedIn + FB ads, google analytics, CRM’s and MAP’s
