The Built Growth Operations team uses data to optimize strategy and process, creates frameworks to prioritize action, and scales successful initiatives. You will identify opportunities for investment and growth, create and implement strategic action plans, and work cross-functionally to drive change. You are a key cross-functional partner that drives business success and revenue growth in collaboration with go-to-market functions including sales, marketing and client success, as well as a partner to leadership and Finance in evaluating and prioritizing strategic initiatives. 

Set Strategy

    • Identify and implement analytical frameworks to support the company in business decision-making / optimization
    • Develop a deep understanding of the drivers of customer retention, adoption, growth and maturity to improve the experience for participants on Built’s platform
    • Define metrics and goals that drive performance of and create value for go-to-market teams working on solutions for both lender and contractor customer bases

Identify Value Maximization Opportunities & Seek to Optimize Processes

    • Identify levers to improve key internal and client metrics (e.g. cost/ARR, client NPS)
    • Build solid business case to get cross-functional buy-in for proposed initiatives 
    • Work collaboratively to create and roll-out processes and manage change 

Leverage Data to Inform Strategy and Process

    • Analyze client and market data to form and test hypotheses 
    • Support forecasting and planning for Sales, Client Success and Marketing
    • Build and maintain scalable reports and dashboards that drive action against strategy and provide insights for improvement

Skills - What you will bring to the role:

    • 2+ years of relevant experience in business operations, consulting, finance or data analytics
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Analysis and data management expertise
    • SQL and/or Python required; Salesforce and/or Looker is a plus
    • Entrepreneurial attitude; bias towards action and drive to simplify  
    • Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration 
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance
