As the Account Manager, you will nurture and grow relationships with existing clients for maximum customer success and adoption of Center’s products. As part of Center’s growing Client Experience team, you will act as the clients’ advocate and trusted partner while developing account strategies to drive adoption of Center, maximize value realization and identify account growth for your clients. We are seeking a client focused over-achiever with Account Management experience who is excited by the opportunities that come with growing an innovative software company.

You Will Have the Opportunity To:

    • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of assigned clients
    • Manage the client’s journey post initial deployment and continuously identify and track the adoption of Center to maximum value realization
    • Actively listen and evaluate the client’s needs and feedback for appropriate product recommendations, consultation, and additional services to maximize value realization
    • Own the account-level relationship with clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to manage expectations and mitigate risk
    • Conduct strategic workshops and business reviews with executive sponsors
    • Offer continuous value-add trainings and product demonstrations as needed  
    • Understand Center’s rule-based configuration engine for business process consultation and configuration updates
    • Identify account growth, upsell opportunities to build pipeline
    • Analyze key product analytics to recognize areas of increased adoption
    • Act as the client’s point of escalation and proactively identify and resolve account success blockers that may arise; Partner with the Customer Support team on day-to-day reactive case management
    • Assist the growing Account Management team to establish new processes and systems

What You Will Bring to the Role:

    • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant account management experience 
    • A clear track record of over-achievement
    • Proven client success and account growth  
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to develop and deliver executive presentations 
    • Experience in project management, account management, or consulting
    • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly via phone and virtual meetings
    • Consultative and friendly
    • Self-driven and autonomous  
    • Eager to learn and grow with Center
    • Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization in a geo-dispersed and often virtual environment

$90,000 - $120,000 a year
We offer an excellent compensation package for all Center employees. This includes competitive salary, performance bonus, generous paid time off, comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) participation.
 
The Account Manager pay transparency is $90,000-$120,000 annually + equity. In addition, Center offers a Self-Managed PTO plan, 9 Paid Holiday’s, Paid Parental Leave, Commuter Stipend, and health care benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Base Life, AD&D, FSA, Commuter and 401(k).
