About Circuit

Circuit is building the world's first manufacturing-focused AI knowledge and workflow platform. Our mission is to help industrial and manufacturing enterprises transform how they sell, support, and collaborate with their dealer, distributor, and customer networks by turning complex product data and documentation into actionable, intelligent workflows—from partner enablement to CPQ to technical support—we're helping some of the world's most respected OEMs and industrial companies work smarter in the AI era.

We're backed by experienced operators and have early traction with global manufacturing leaders. Now we're looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to design, build, and scale the technical systems and automations that power our go-to-market engine.

The Role

As our GTM Engineer, you'll be the technical architect who designs, builds, and scales the systems that power our go-to-market engine. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering—writing code, connecting APIs, and creating automations that let us scale without adding endless headcount.

This is not a traditional "sales ops" role. You'll write code, connect APIs, and prototype new workflows, while also collaborating closely with our Growth and Product teams to make sure our GTM systems are aligned with business goals. If you thrive on solving complex workflow challenges, love building tools that make teams more effective, and want to help define a new category in industrial AI, this is the role for you.

In your first year, you'll have built the technical foundation that lets our sales team move 3x faster, automated our lead-to-opportunity process, and created the data infrastructure that powers our growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities

    • Build and manage our GTM tech stack — integrate tools like Clay, Attio, Valley, Insight, Cargo, and Homie
    • Design and implement automations — for lead routing, account mapping, campaign workflows, and customer success playbooks
    • Develop custom integrations — (APIs, scripts, no-code/low-code) to connect marketing, sales, and customer success tools
    • Enable outbound at scale — build and optimize automated outreach and sequencing to help the sales team efficiently engage prospects
    • Prototype growth experiments — work with the Growth team to launch and test data-driven experiments across onboarding, product-led flows, and marketing channels
    • Operationalize GTM data — ensure clean, reliable data flows into our CRM and analytics stack to support pipeline forecasting and performance dashboards
    • Act as a technical partner to sales and marketing — helping them move faster by building solutions that extend our tools - iterating quickly to select new tools as needs arise

Who You Might Be

    • A software engineer or technical solutions engineer who wants to apply your skills to GTM, sales, and growth problems
    • A growth engineer or RevOps technologist with hands-on experience automating workflows and building integrations
    • A builder who loves working with APIs, data pipelines, and GTM tools
    • Someone who thrives in early-stage environments—comfortable switching between high-level architecture and writing scripts that unstick a sales or marketing process
    • Someone excited to learn manufacturing and industrial processes—you don't need domain expertise, but you should be energized by how transformative technology can revolutionize these storied industries and reshape their future

What You Bring

    • 5-8+ years of experience — in software engineering, growth, sales ops, or revops
    • Hands-on coding experience — Python, JavaScript/TypeScript preferred
    • Experience with CRM and GTM platforms — Clay, Attio, Valley, Insight, Cargo, Homie, HubSpot, or similar
    • Technical experience with APIs, webhooks, and data integration tools — Zapier, Make, Workato, dbt, Segment
    • Growth experimentation experience — comfortable adopting new tools, testing unique strategies, and building experimental automations with the team
    • Plugged into the GTM tech ecosystem — you track emerging tools and processes from both big tech and startups changing the game
    • Extensive experience with AI tools — proficient using multiple AI tools for research, coding, and ideation to accelerate delivery and discover innovative approaches
    • Experience building tools for non-technical teams — scripts, dashboards, or workflows that business users can actually use
    • A builder's mindset — you see complex processes as opportunities to automate and scale

What We Offer

    • High-caliber founding team of seasoned manufacturing and AI leaders
    • Build the technical backbone of our GTM engine at a critical early stage
    • Partner directly with the CPO, CTO, and Growth leadership
    • Help create a category-defining platform that's transforming how manufacturers sell, support, and innovate
    • Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and employer-paid benefits
    • Flexible PTO and access to the latest AI tools
    • A values-driven culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and velocity
