About Circuit
Circuit is building the world’s first company-centric knowledge network. Our AI-powered platform turns fragmented information into actionable knowledge that can be securely shared across partners, vendors, and customers. Backed by a senior team and early enterprise traction, we’re moving fast—and we’re looking for a sharp, versatile GTM Lead to help us scale.

Role Summary
As our GTM Lead, you’ll work directly with the founders to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy. You’ll help refine our messaging, lead customer conversations, support sales outreach, and build the content and collateral that powers our brand. You'll also play a strategic role in shaping how we show up to prospects, customers, and the broader market.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for someone who can flex between strategy and execution—and wants to help build a commercial engine from the ground up.

This is an on-site position based in downtown Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

    • Drive customer research and distill insights into positioning and product direction
    • Create and continuously refine messaging, sales collateral, case studies, and decks
    • Support founder-led sales: outbound campaigns, follow-ups, and prospect meetings
    • Represent Circuit in early partner and customer conversations
    • Improve our website, content, and outbound channels in partnership with design
    • Maintain visibility into pipeline metrics and GTM performance using tools like HubSpot and Clay
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer insights influence product and GTM priorities
    • Define and track key metrics (e.g. CAC, LTV, activation rate, churn)

Experience

    • 5–10 years of experience in GTM, strategy, marketing, or customer-facing roles
    • Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance and informing decisions
    • Experience in a hybrid role such as consultant, strategist, Chief of Staff, or similar, with a proven ability to move from high-level thinking to hands-on execution
    • Background in marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles with strong writing and storytelling skills
    • Startup or early-stage experience where you’ve thrived in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and contributed across multiple functions
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate and build trust with stakeholders
    • Adept at translating complex ideas into clear narratives and actionable go-to-market strategies

Technical Skills

    • Strong writing skills and ability to craft messaging that resonates
    • Fluency with tools like Notion, HubSpot, Clay, and Webflow—or willingness to learn fast
    • Experience supporting or running outbound and early sales motions
    • Familiarity with B2B SaaS and/or AI-powered products is a plus

Human Skills

    • Strong executive communication and presence
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Low ego, high initiative, and an eagerness to build from zero

What We Offer

    • Competitive compensation and equity
    • Employer-paid medical, dental, and ancillary benefits
    • 401K and flexible PTO
    • Access to cutting-edge AI tools and a team committed to innovation
    • A values-driven culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and velocity
