PAi is seeking an organized and effective Project Manager to drive the implementation and support of projects to address operational and strategic challenges as well as provide hands-on technical and business consulting services. To be successful in this role, this person will need to be self-motivated, analytical, possess the ability to foster relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders, create milestones and metrics, and be able to hold all implementation team members accountable for achieving results on time and on budget.
This role will initially be dedicated full-time to the implementation of the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and will then migrate to additional projects throughout the organization. This will include hands-on involvement in the ERP system design as well as configuration, process support, training, and Level 1 technical support.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Project Manager will:
CONDUCT BUSINESS ANALYSIS – Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, organizational and/or operational requirements. Deliver training and business process documentation. Work closely with the business to identify and prioritize current and future needs and implement solutions that improve efficiencies and quality of work.
EFFECTIVELY MANAGE PROJECTS THROUGH COMPLETION – Build and actively manage project work plans to meet milestones on-time and within budget expectations. Lead business process analysis and process improvement activities. Manage scope, time, cost, and quality. Escalate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Participate in future system and process enhancements, upgrades, and other implementation-related projects.
FOSTER ALIGNMENT AND KEEP THE TEAM FOCUSED – Develop and guide project teams to make the best decisions for the organization in a timely manner. Drive cross-functional work teams to achieve project milestones. Advise the organization and support their training, reporting and general system usage needs. 
ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS – Act as a liaison between the business side of the organization and the various IT support teams. Work with development teams to maintain and improve existing financial tools/systems to support continuing operations. 

Qualifications include:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • A minimum of five years of progressive experience in project management.
    • Experience in the financial management process and systems implementations a plus.
    • Experience in manufacturing and plant startups a plus.
    • Military training a plus.

    • Preferred:
    • NetSuite experience.
    • Formal training in project management and/or project management certification.
    • Proficiency in several, or all, of the financial, operations, and reporting systems.
    • Understanding of the change management required for a new system or process implementation.
    • Experience with end user training preferred
    • Solid understanding of the reporting cycle (from accounting transaction to corporate reporting through month-end processes and audit requirements).
    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.

    • Solid strategic planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to multi-task, assimilate new information quickly and create short-term and long-term solutions. 
    • Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams. 
    • A collaborative, yet competitive and resilient attitude with a strong work ethic is desired.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport across the company while quickly and confidently gaining respect of others, including superior listening and coaching skills.
    • Personable, approachable, and visible leadership style coupled with a sense of humor.
    • Customer-service oriented with a high level of integrity and character.
Location and Travel
While the office is located in Bourbon, Missouri, PAi, Inc. is promoting a hybrid work schedule and encourages executives and employees to work remotely; this position may work remotely/offsite up to 50% of the time. Ability to travel to the office or other location as necessary.
Compensation Package
Compensation for this position includes a base salary with bonus based on annual goals. PAi offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
