You will support the Fleet Operations Team in the purchasing and renewal of season parking to support the onboarding and deployment of vehicles to their respective carparks. You will also assist the team in the organisation of the fleet’s physical keys and liaise with partners to install the necessary telematics, livery, and in-car cameras. Where required, you will assist in coordinating with our vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure aligned communication across the organisation.
Day to Day Activities
- Assist in the onboarding process for new vehicles, which includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring proper documentation is completed, and facilitating the installation of necessary equipment
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Assistant Manager to coordinate repairs and maintenance of fleet livery (branding) and telemetry devices, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining a consistent brand image
- Support the Operations Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining relationships with vendors and conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service standards
- Assist in managing the purchase, renewal, season transfer of HDB and commercial carparks for our fleet and addressing any parking-related issues
- Ensure the proper management and tracking of fleet keys, including issuing, and retrieving of keys, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating key replacements when necessary
- Liaise with Marketing to provide timely updates on vehicle redeployment communications: Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide relevant and accurate information regarding vehicle redeployment. Ensure clear and timely communication to align marketing initiatives with operational activities and maintain consistency in messaging
- Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders with regards to vehicles that are compounded. Managing expectations to retrieve the vehicle from the compound site and making arrangements on vehicle transfer
- Any other duties assigned by the fleet operations team
Who We Are Looking For
- Diploma in business, engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Meticulous and detailed oriented
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Interested in the Singapore mobility landscape
