ABOUT MAPLE

Founded in 2015, Maple is a fast-growing health tech company with a vision to power the future of healthcare by building a connected and superior experience for patients, doctors, and other types of health providers.

We offer virtual care services across multiple distribution channels, including Direct-to-Consumer ("B2C"), Employers and Private Insurers ("B2B") and Public Sector Institutions ("B2I"). With a growing network of 2,000+ healthcare providers and nearly 4 million Canadians with access to our services, Maple is one of Canada’s fastest-growing virtual care companies.

We have established an entrepreneurial culture centered around our purpose to support people’s health and well-being and to strengthen the healthcare system. We attribute our success to our team, who has helped us achieve numerous noteworthy awards including: LinkedIn's Top 10 Startups, Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50, Globe & Mail's Top Growing Companies in Canada, North America’s Inspiring Workplaces, and Glory Professional’s The Power 50: Canada’s Most Impactful Companies.

THE POSITION

As the Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging Maple’s marketing, business development, and sales efforts. You’ll lead enablement across three core areas: internal revenue enablement, partnership marketing, and workflow coordination for strategic cross-functional initiatives. You will be a key partner to internal stakeholders and external collaborators, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum across projects.

YOUR IMPACT

    • Revenue Enablement: Develop scalable, self-serve enablement materials —pitch decks, one-pagers, and positioning guides— based on cross-functional product and market information to support clear, confident go-to-market execution for Sales and Client Success.
    • Partnership Marketing: Serve as the marketing lead for B2B partnerships, translating Maple’s brand strategy into co-branded and white-labeled assets while ensuring external campaigns are aligned, on-brand, and flawlessly executed.
    • Workflow & Communication Coordination: Act as the central coordination hub across Marketing, ensuring teams are aligned on priorities, aware of changes or blockers, and equipped to execute without losing sight of the bigger picture.

    • Critical to success in this role is your ability to navigate the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Client Success with clarity and confidence. You bring sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a systems mindset that helps unify priorities and enable execution. Natural curiosity and fluency with common AI tools will support your ability to streamline workflows, drive efficiency, and contribute to a culture of innovation. You’ll thrive operating independently in a fast-paced environment, aligning cross-functional teams and translating strategy into action.

      WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In your first 90 days, you'll focus on building strong cross-functional relationships, auditing existing enablement and partner marketing assets, and identifying key gaps and priorities. You'll start contributing early by supporting active Business Development and Sales initiatives with updated pitch materials and coordination support. By month 6, you will have delivered tailored enablement resources aligned with active GTM priorities, created a consistent structure for managing internal materials, and introduced lightweight systems that improve visibility across in-flight work.

Within 12 to 18 months, you'll have established a scalable enablement foundation across Maple’s marketing and sales ecosystem—supporting our Business Development team with high-quality toolkits and co-branded campaigns, enabling Sales and Client Success with updated, strategic materials, and improving workflow coordination across the Marketing function.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

    • You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, enablement, or partner-facing roles—such as Partner Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Customer Programs—ideally in a B2B, B2B2C, tech, or insurance environment.
    • You’ve supported client-facing teams or participated in partner marketing workstreams, and you can confidently represent the brand in both cross-functional and external conversations.
    • You're a strong communicator, systems thinker, and proactive operator who thrives in high-growth environments. You bring sound judgment, navigate ambiguity with ease, and know when to ask, escalate, or decide.
    • You’re energized by collaborative work across Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Business Development, and you naturally bring clarity and coordination to complex workflows.

    • You might be a great fit if you’ve worked in roles such as:
    • Partner Marketing Manager supporting Business Development or channel teams
    • Revenue or Sales Enablement Manager in a tech or healthcare setting
    • Customer Programs or Marketing Operations Manager with exposure to client-facing campaigns
    • GTM Enablement Specialist with experience bridging sales and marketing
