We’re looking for a Product Creative Designer to help us evolve how Midas looks, feels, and moves. You’ll begin by shadowing and collaborating with a world-class designer, then grow into the in-house owner of motion, illustration, and creative visual polish inside our product. You’ll co-create and scale a new visual expression system that makes growing money feel more trustworthy, effortless, and human. This is a hybrid role blending motion design, illustration, and visual systems thinking, and will form the creative backbone of our future in-house Product Creative Team.
What You'll Do
- Motion System (Component-Level): Define and document a motion system covering consistent, reusable animations for UI components (e.g., buttons, toasts, modals, lists, loaders)
- Flow-Level Motion: Design flow-level animations for full user journeys (e.g., onboarding, trading) that guide the user and enhance emotional connection
- Illustration & Expressive Visuals: Create and maintain a mobile-first illustration system to support storytelling moments like onboarding, empty states, education, and celebration
- Design System Alignment: Ensure all visual and motion work is cohesively integrated into Midas design system, working closely with product designers
- Developer Collaboration: Prepare implementation-ready assets and collaborate with developers for accurate, performant execution
- Creative Ops: Set up and maintain a creative asset system such as; libraries, folder
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in creative design focused on product experience
- A portfolio to show craft, clarity and intent
- Experience with visualization and motion tools
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools to facilitate any creative operation mentioned in role— showcase any previous use or experimentation in your portfolio
- Familiarity with design systems and how visuals + motion scale across products
- Comfortable working across product, design, and development with fast feedback loops
- A hard owner with a fast, solution-oriented, curious, and challenging mindset — you push ideas forward, question assumptions, and get things done with speed and care
