We are looking to fill a Utility Programs Coordinator role for our Commercial Team in St. John’s, NL! This position will be a fixed term position as a Maternity Leave replacement.
Role Overview:The Utility Programs Coordinator supports and manages various utility programs, including instant rebates, demand response, direct install initiatives, and utility marketplaces. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with Mysa’s partners while ensuring the smooth administration, reporting, and growth of utility programs. This role also involves collaboration with internal teams to implement and expand programs, oversee contractual and financial processes, and provide data-driven insights through reporting and forecasting.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Utility Program Support: Assist in managing all utility programs, including instant rebates, demand response, direct install, and utility marketplaces.
- Program Reporting: Complete internal and external reporting on utility program performance on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Program Implementation & Growth: Work with utility partners and internal teams to launch new programs and scale existing ones.
- Program Administration: Oversee agreements, contracts, invoicing, orders, and other administrative aspects of utility programs.
- Forecasting: Assist in forecasting program performance and financial impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with partners including utility companies, program implementers, aggregators, and utility marketplaces.
- Software Utilization: Work with various software tools, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Asana, Microsoft Word & Excel, and Google Suite.
Your Star Qualities
- 2-3 years of experience in a program management or administrative role.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with cross-functional internal teams as well as external partners.
- Working with data to generate reports, track performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Effectively managing multiple programs involving numerous internal and external partners, while coordinating various tasks, deadlines, and systems.
- Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness- ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
- Familiarity using digital tools and platforms to manage tasks and information.
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Asana or Google Suite would be an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in the utility industry would be an asset.
