SUMMARY
The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in ensuring a consistent, scalable approach to hiring across the organization, focusing on high-volume roles in Sales and Onboarding, as well as other mid-level positions across the organization. The Recruiter will operate as a talent advisor, providing insights to hiring managers, enhancing our employer brand, and building proactive talent pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.

LOCATION
Austin, TX

While this role is considered remote, we are looking for candidates based in the Austin, TX metro area, as occasional in-person visits to our local office may be required for team collaboration and/or special projects.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and mid-level business roles - This will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer extension + closes
    • Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers, providing data-driven insights and guidance on talent market trends
    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent for future needs
    • Collaborate with the Sr. Recruiter to enhance employer branding, including social media presence, employee testimonials, and recruitment marketing
    • Conduct regular recruitment metrics analysis, providing insights on time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction, and other KPIs
    • Drive process improvements, identifying and implementing best practices to optimize the recruiting workflow
    • Partner with the Sr. Recruiter on strategic initiatives focused on enhancing candidate experience
    • Maintain compliance with all relevant hiring laws and company policies

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup and/or fast-paced environment
    • Prior experience with high-volume recruiting, especially in Sales and other early career  and/or revenue-generating roles
    • Strong talent sourcing capabilities, including the use of social media, professional networks, and other sourcing tools
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
    • Proficiency with ATS and other recruiting tools
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
    • Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing and presenting recruitment metrics

    • Base Salary between $75,000 - $85,000
