SUMMARY
The  Workplace HR and HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations and employee experience of our Austin, TX office, as well as providing support to the People Operations function for the Company as a whole.  

This position is required to report in-office (Austin, TX) 5 days a week: Monday-Friday.

Senior HR Operations Specialist

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Workplace Experience Support
    • Lead the Austin office through day-to-day operations, as well as event and meeting setups, all while maintaining hazard and safety procedures
    • Act as the primary liaison for visitors (customers + candidates) and employees providing a welcoming and professional first impression and ensuring exceptional service and support in all interactions
    • Serve as the main POC for all aspects of office facilities, including but not limited to site security, property maintenance, mail services, office supply maintenance, and outside food and beverage vendors
    • Partner with the People and Legal team to ensure workplace safety and overall policy compliance
    • Conduct physical inspections of the facilities identifying areas of need for any maintenance, repairs, and renovations
    • Continuously seek ways to enhance office functionality and employee experience

    • People Operations Support
    • Support the onboarding & off-boarding experience for all employees, including but not limited to equipment coordination, employment eligibility verification (Form I-9), and other administrative tasks
    • Schedule and coordinate recruiting interviews when needed
    • Process employment verification requests for current and past employees
    • Assist with various ad hoc HR projects where needed

    • The duties and responsibilities outlined above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time based on business needs.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Prior experience in an office management function or equivalent experience in a Coordinator or Operations function supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment
    • Experience communicating and interacting in-person with individuals of various backgrounds and personalities (internal stakeholders, employees, customers, etc.)
    • Proactive and Self-Sufficient - Ability to operate independently, identify and resolve issues, and drive projects and tasks to successful completion

- Base Salary of $65,000 - $70,000
