We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Search and Content Discovery Product Manager, you’ll help our customers find the best of our 400M images and videos. You’ll work on a global, localized search product and will help us deliver diverse and inclusive results that speak to each of our customers.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about search relevance, recommendations, and/or personalization. In addition, you have experience working with a cross-functional group of data scientists, engineers, designers, and researchers to understand customer-focused opportunities and collaborate to improve the search and discovery experience.
As a senior member of the search and discovery team, you’ll be a key contributor to the end-to-end Search and Discovery experience for GettyImages.com and iStock.com.

Your Next Challenge:

    • Help define and implement our search and content discovery strategy
    • Use the wealth of data on our sites to find opportunities to make it as easy as possible for customers to find the content they want to license
    • Build a data-driven roadmap for your team by understanding short-term and long-term customer and business needs
    • Define metrics and KPIs for the features your team builds
    • Be an authority to your strong cross-functional team inclusive of engineering, data science, design, and customer research
    • Other duties as required

What You'll Need:

    • 7+ years of Product Management experience on a team focused on search relevance, recommendations, and/or personalization
    • Validated experience in building and shipping products in an iterative test-and-learn environment together with teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and customer researchers, resulting in significant business impact
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. This includes proven ability to clearly articulate ideas, influence partners, and facilitate effective collaboration within the team.
    • Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation of metrics, and the ability to derive actionable insights from user behavior data.
    • A firm grasp of product management fundamentals, including how to understand customer needs, prioritize a roadmap that considers customer and business needs, iterating to validate hypotheses, and identifying and measuring the appropriate metrics.
    • Experience leading empowered cross-functional teams to positively impact business outcomes
    • Effective collaborator management, including executives, marketing, sales, and other relevant stakeholders to align on goals, priorities, and progress
