The Key Account Executive (KAE) represents the Getty Images value proposition with clarity and accuracy, executing a consistent cadence of discovery conversations and meetings, with activity tracked in Salesforce, to grow existing revenue streams within the customer account and surface new opportunities for our solutions to serve customer needs, leading to increased penetration and greater share of customer spend. 

Who You Are:

    • We are currently seeking a bi-lingual (French and English) Key Account Executive who will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue through existing client base.
    • This role develops a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, and maintains a strong, long-lasting customer relationship.
    • ·You should be empathetic with well-developed active listening and questioning skills.
    • The KAE role is the day-to-day contact for key assigned accounts and is responsible for generating revenue by developing custom solutions with Getty Images’ products and services.
    • You will be driven to succeed and competitive, consistently aiming to exceed 100% of target, and take the opportunity to develop accounts, thus crafting future revenue within your existing client bases.
    • You demonstrate a growth mindset through commitment to continuous professional development and seek regular coaching and feedback on customer interactions (in person or recorded). 

Your Next Challenge:

    • Grows existing assigned accounts by understanding their business needs and issues and devising effective sales strategies to identify larger opportunities and make recommendations to drive increased account activity through phone, email and chat.
    • Builds lasting, inclusive, collaborative, trusting professional relationships with existing and new contacts.  
    • Expand and improve business relationships with customers by proposing solutions which meet customer needs determined during discovery.  
    • Acquire proficient understanding of core products/solutions and determine customer needs using diligent and effective discovery skills including interaction and business with industry competitors.  
    • Demonstrate consistent sales activity including daily habits contributing to progressing leads through sales stages including documented planning and implementing detailed next steps for each opportunity.   
    • Develop book of business, looking beyond short-term targets to build a pipeline of sufficient size and viability to exceed budget.  
    • Implement business strategy across the account base including cross-selling, upselling, and discount management, successfully raising pricing or bringing new, fee-based products or features to market.  
    • Deliver engaging, concise, and persuasive sales presentations communicating relatable and viable solutions, prompting sales results.   
    • Plan, document, and present selling plans, outlining specific targets, contact strategy, KPIs for success and points of adjustment.   
    • Handles all aspects of the renewal process for Key Accounts, from contract and customer performance review through negotiations to closure.
    • Encourages and educates customers to self-serve appropriately.
    • Fosters internal relationships with cross-functional partners in all departments.
    • Enters accurate customer and sales data into CRM (Salesforce.com) and related systems.

What You'll Need:

    • 5+ years of sales representative experience in a SaaS or Consumer Goods environment preferred, selling in a systematic, methodological way using a process driven approach.  
    • Demonstrated experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM system, and with Salesforce Engage, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent tools.  
    • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects and clients.
    • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills including via web conferencing.  
    • Well-developed time management and organization skills with the ability to work efficiently while focusing on top priorities for productive outcomes as aligned with expectations.   
    • Must be commercially aware and data numerate, using customer purchase history, habits and insight to thoroughly assess demand relative to competition before outlining any proposal or countering to client offers.  
    • Competency in Excel and other reporting tools.  
    • Ability to build a network of prospective client contacts beyond a single or existing contacts. 
    • Ability to proactively communicate and persistently follow-up to close business.  
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal Getty Images subject matter experts (SME's) and colleagues in other functions/departments. 
    • Knowledge/use of MS Office Tools and preferable the MS CRM system.
    • Advanced digital literacy (Internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
    • French and English language proficiency required.
