The Role:
Join Getty Images as a Sales Coaching expert. Direct and elevate sales performance across the Americas. We’re seeking an expert sales coach with a passion for helping people improve their potential who also has a track record of success as a sales leader in the SaaS or subscription sales space. As part of our global Sales Enablement team, you’ll use your skills to identify opportunities for professional growth across our sales teams in the region, helping individuals to reach their full potential.     • Drive Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with sales leaders to consolidate and elevate a coaching approach that align with business objectives. By fostering close working relationships and bringing consistency to coaching approaches, you’ll drive continuous improvement in sales skills and results.

What You'll Need:

    • Shown Sales Expertise: With 5+ years of experience in senior sales or leadership roles in the SaaS or subscription sales space, you bring a wealth of knowledge and insights to the table.
    • Coaching Mastery: You’re a seasoned coach with a track record of success. With at least 3 years of experience in sales coaching, you know how to inspire, motivate, and empower others to achieve their goals.
    • Effective Communicator: Your communication skills are second to none. Whether you’re addressing senior leadership or coaching individual reps, you have the ability of getting your message across clearly and driving action.
    • Autonomous Leader: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where autonomy is key. With the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently, you’re ready to waste no time and make an immediate impact.
    • Formal Coaching Qualifications: You have a formal coaching qualification from a recognized body (ICF, IAC, EMCC), demonstrating your commitment to excellence in coaching and continuing professional development.
