Who You Are:

You are a highly motivated, curious, and organized individual looking to grow their experience as it relates to social media and the use of sports content. You are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and are pursing a BA or BS degree, and are seeking the opportunity to further your business knowledge and gain real-time experience. You are comfortable communicating with key business stakeholders, presenting to leadership, and acclimating to the fast-paced environment that is Getty Images North America Sports.

Your Next Challenge:

The Social Media Sport Specialist Intern is responsible for analyzing social media platforms daily in order to provide sports content usage reports, identify trends, and areas of opportunities to the team. The Intern will join weekly sport team meetings to present findings and facilitate discussions. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, a self-starter, and uses data to tell stories and drive impactful change.   

What You’ll Need:

    • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with key business stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) and their key users.
    • High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
    • Ability to work remotely.
    • Ability to work 16-20 hours per week (always under 25 hours)
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Requirement: Candidate must be enrolled in an undergraduate program, including but not limited to working towards a BA or BS degree
