Who you are: 
Getty Images Inc. is looking for a Strategist that can collaborate across teams to launch omni-channel programs and accomplish campaigns objectives. You have experience launching, measuring, and reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI. This role is designed for a candidate with an excellent track record for strategizing, executing, and delivering on results. 

Your next challenge: 
In this role you will create and optimize high-performing omni-channel programs to drive revenue and retain customers. You will plan, execute and manage programs across email, paid social and site aligned to objective (drive new orders and revenue, retention, and renewals) while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage. 

You will manage campaigns end-to-end via various digital channels including email, paid social, and website. You will create, manage, and monitor paid social campaigns in Facebook and LinkedIn. This includes monitoring performance of DG initiatives through Google Analytics, Salesforce campaign reporting, LinkedIn and Facebook campaign managers, and Looker dashboards. 

You will create and publish content marketing articles for the company blogs and report on the performance of new and existing content. 

You will collaborate across functions and silos (Marketing Creative Services, Marketing Operations, Integrated Marketing, and Sales) on program strategy and execution.  
You will measure and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI via Salesforce and Looker. Strategists will use these insights to make data drive recommendations when optimizing programs. 

What you'll need:

    • You have 2-4 years’ experience in omni-channel marketing, from planning to program execution across email, paid digital and on-site. 
    • You have experience executing A/B testing strategies and using data, insights, and trends to understand customer behavior with a test-and-adjust mentality.  
    • You analyze and use data to optimize program performance and achieve set KPIs and objectives. 
    • You have experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.  
    • You are a strong project manager and you can plan, oversee and lead projects from start to finish with both internal and external stakeholders and manage several moving project parts simultaneously. 
    • You can write in short and long-form on a regular basis to outline insights, analyze results, and provide direction to fellow stakeholders. 
    • You work effectively independently and get things done under tight deadlines while juggling multiple priorities. 

Nice to have:

    • Ecommerce marketing experience.  
    • Experience using Eloqua for marketing automation purposes and Salesforce for lead tracking and campaign management. 
    • Content marketing and experience managing and publishing on blogs.

☒ Occasionally operating of machinery, technology and/or power tools.         
☒ Occasionally performing role functions in a loud and noisy environment.
