Who You Are:
This position works directly with the paid assignments team to provide production support. They plan and collaborate closely with all aspects of paid assignment shoots including, but not limited to photographers, product specialists, picture desk, event operations, clients and publicists.
Your Next Challenge:
- Runs the overall delivery of paid assignment work in conjunction with the paid assignment sales team
- Event Management: Assists product specialists in all areas of assignment pre and post-production
- Works closely with event operations to ensure the best level of production support (this includes the field editors, technology, and asset management teams)
- Maintaining industry awareness which includes keeping up to date on breaking news, sporting events, celebrity events, or pop culture, etc.; familiarizing oneself with photographer work, events, etc.; keeping up to date on technological trends for use in events, assignments, or shoots
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in this field
- Photo editor and retouching experience is a plus
- Experience with digital asset management systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools, ClickUp, SalesForce, Concur, Ceros, Adobe Photoshop, FTP
- Extensive knowledge in a specialized field required, i.e. Sport, Entertainment, News, or Public Relations
- Demonstrates independent judgment and thorough thought processes, as well as strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurized environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Frequent communication with others to exchange information.
- Frequent sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing; Time of each will vary.
- Constant operation of computer
- Constant assessment of accuracy and thoroughness of the work assignment
- Occasional work on-site at events
$47,200 - $63,000 a year
The starting salary range for this position at the time of posting is USD $47,200 to USD $63,000 per annum. Getty Images has different ranges in different locations within the US, and this range represents the starting base pay range. Actual compensation will depend on factors including but not limited to: qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, certification, business needs, performance, and level of responsibility along with the requirements of the position. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any point in the future.
