We are looking for a Team Assistant to support the EMEA Sport & Entertainment sales representatives in their daily interactions with customers and internal stakeholders. You will be a highly organised individual with a growth mindset with a passion for sport, major events, lifestyle and culture. Languages are desired for this role as the team is split across our offices in London, Munich, Paris and Milan. Requirement for a French speaker in addition to English.

Who You Are:

    • Responsible for providing the team with daily support for inbound customer inquiries that are admin related by providing information and solutions as well as troubleshooting.
    • You will receive telephone calls/email/chat and WhatsApp to handle all aspects of customer needs including RFP support, internal process progress (e.g. Legal, Finance, Sales Ops) price quotations, product and licensing information, solicitation, assigning of photographers, editors, videographers and problem resolution.
    • Collaborate with sellers by providing administrative assistance and general support including helping to schedule meetings, take meeting notes and draft follow-ups.
    • You will use the same systems as the sales reps to enter and track invoices as well as customer and sales data.
    • You will assist with the co-ordination of other internal stakeholders TAMs, editorial teams and any associated admin related to our work with these teams.

Your Next Challenge:

    • Supports all elements of internal pre and post sales process to ensure fluid and accurate operational progress of negotiated deals.
    • Prepares customer quotations and supports related contract process.
    • Liaises with TAMs to ensure all customer asset delivery is on track and addresses any issues.
    • Processes, tracks, codes and manages invoices and internal reports in a timely and accurate manner through the use of various computer systems.
    • Assist the sales team with other paperwork and administrative needs to enhance and streamline the workflow within the department.
    • Handles customer requests related to password resets, download issues, technical questions, etc.
    • Provides creative solutions and strives to find more productive and efficient ways to process, track and manage invoice processing.
    • Consistently answers customer requests promptly to ensure customers receive timely service and attempts to direct the customer to the appropriate sales person to assist them with sales queries.

What You'll Need:

    • Desired 1-2 years relevant customer service experience
    • Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Strong customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships via telephone and email.
    • Proficient computer literacy (internet, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
    • C1 level or above in both French and English (written and verbal)
