Due to the current conditions and impact of Covid-19, this key position will initially work from home, until such a time we open our offices. At the time of the local office opening, employees and managers will partner to determine the work site location in line with our Flexible working policy.

Who you are:
You are a well-rounded digital specialist. You are passionate about creativity and data, a mix of art and science. You understand how digital marketing helps facilitate connecting customers with the right brand and products – and you have experience leading and completing objectives. You have strategized and worked on paid social or paid search campaigns and you have a deep interest in the Digital Marketing ecosystem – you understand the roles of each channel and the value which they add. You have deep enjoyment implementing campaigns, conducting analytical work and are highly competent with the tools and techniques required to implement it and communicate it to executive audiences (Excel, writing Word documents, a/b test methodologies, etc.). You actively seek new opportunities, you can assess and prioritize them quickly and as a result you have a proven track record when it comes to optimization recommendations. You are a diligent worker and self-starter who always aims to exceed targets and succeed through collaboration and partnership. You enjoy working across many different parts of the business and are a skilled communicator who is confident when communicating recommendations, discussing opportunities, and engaging senior business team members.

Your Next Challenge

    • Be seen as the market leader for countries which are allocated to you to lead.
    • Lead the digital deployment across channels for the specified markets.
    • Create and implement campaigns, bid management strategies and optimisation frameworks across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms.
    • Monitor daily, monthly, and quarterly spend levels and communicate how you are tracking to the broader team, whilst providing recommendations and areas of opportunity which have not been previously explored.
    • Conceive, Develop and Implement pilot programs across channels in collaboration with other team members, drive a/b testing and continuous improvement across established programs.
    • Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analysis and projections for each country, showcasing the results which you have delivered and be capable of communicating these to country leadership across marketing and sales functions.
    • Growing and learning whilst sharing what is working and what is not with team members from all over the world

What You'll Need

    • Minimum two years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
    • Proven experience optimizing paid media to defined metrics.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to work with large data sets.
    • Experience using website analytics tools (i.e. Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.).
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Solid quantitative/analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities and targets in multiple markets and languages.
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude.

Mental and Physical Demands:

Frequent communication with others to exchange information.
Occasionally moving objects up to 20 lbs and frequently moving objects up to 10 lbs.
Frequent sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing; Time of each will vary.
Constant operation of computer and frequent usage of other office machinery, including (but not limited to) calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
Constant assessment of accuracy and thoroughness of the work assignment.
