The Senior Manager, International Tax is a technically skilled, solutions-oriented professional with strong
communication skills and a passion for navigating complex cross-border tax matters. This role is ideal for
candidates with 6–9 years of progressive experience, including at least 3 years working with international
operations and the associated implications under U.S. tax and accounting regulations.
This position plays a key leadership role within the tax department and serves as a trusted advisor to
cross-functional stakeholders. The Senior Manager will be responsible for all U.S. outbound international
tax aspects related to year-end financial reporting under ASC 740 and the U.S. federal income tax return.
This role also supports global transfer pricing, OECD minimum tax analysis, tax controversy matters,
transaction support, and other special projects. The ideal candidate is capable of translating complex tax
issues into clear, actionable insights for both tax and non-tax audiences.
Your Next Challenge:
- Prepare and review U.S. outbound international tax calculations and related compliance, including (but not limited to): Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, 8991, 8992, 8975, 8990, and applicable attachments.
- Lead U.S. international tax computations for GILTI, 163(j) implications, BEAT, and Foreign Tax Credits in connection with U.S. GAAP financial reporting under ASC 740.
- Perform Pillar 2 GloBE minimum tax risk assessments, including analysis of Qualified Domestic Minimum Top-Up Taxes, Income Inclusion Rules (IIR), and Undertaxed Profits Rules (UTPR).
- Oversee external tax return preparation for subsidiaries in Australia, Germany, and Canada.
- Support implementation and monitoring of global transfer pricing policies, including jurisdictional profit reviews and separate-entity analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for both U.S. and non-U.S. jurisdictions, in partnership with external advisors.
- Support documentation and analysis related to ASC 740 and FIN 48 positions.
- Contribute to U.S. and international tax audit responses and documentation.
- Participate in global tax planning, M&A due diligence, and special projects.
- Monitor and communicate international tax law developments that may impact the company.

What You'll Need:
- Minimum 6 years of tax experience; a blend of public accounting and in-house corporate tax preferred.
- In-depth technical knowledge of U.S. international tax rules and reporting.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple deliverables.
- Comfortable preparing detailed analyses and documentation in a hands-on, collaborative setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and with external advisors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters to non-tax stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.

$140,000 - $170,000 a year
The starting salary range for this position at the time of posting is USD $140,000 to USD $170,000 per annum.
