Votre prochain défi:
•Point de contact quotidien pour les clients dont le CA est supérieur à 50 000 euros et partenariat avec les Responsables Grand comptes sur les opportunités de croissance stratégiques.
•Stimuler la consommation d’offres à long terme grâce à l'onboarding, aux suivis semestriels et à l'expansion de nouveaux utilisateurs.
•Tirer parti de tous les produits et services pour établir de nouvelles relations avec les clients du segment et développer de précieuses opportunités de revenus.
•Optimiser la structure des accords en cours afin d’accroitre le chiffre d’affaires.
•Connaitre de bout en bout le workflow de la production de contenus afin de conseiller les managers de grands comptes sur les opportunités d’amélioration et le traitement de la « visibilité » (intégrations d'API, exigences DAM, plug-ins, etc..).
•Assurer la veille client à travers des contacts quotidiens et orienter les Responsables Grands Comptes vers de nouvelles opportunités de développement (solutions personnalisées, Vidéo, Unsplash, etc.).
•Accompagner et gérer les renouvellements.
•Gérer les demandes liées aux projets, devis et négociations sur les achats A la Carte ou les offres d’abonnement.
•Analyser en amont des nouvelles relations commerciales les besoins afin d’accompagner les Responsables de comptes clés dans la conception de présentations adaptées et le référencement des nouveaux contacts.
•Accompagner l’utilisation de nouveaux produits - tels que les solutions personnalisées - et guider les clients à travers de nouveaux processus.
•Faciliter les rencontres en face-à-face avec les clients et renforcer les relations.
Etudiant.e. en M1 ou M2 en école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou université, vous avez une première expérience réussie en tant que commercial ou Account manager (stage ou autre), idéalement dans un environnement international. Vous vous exprimez couramment en anglais et en français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.

Junior Account Manager (in English)

In this role, you will be able to demonstrate within the role your ability to develop client relation and grow accounts to reach their full potential across multiple products. To succeed, you will have to engage and quickly build strong relationships with assigned clients and internal partners.

These skills will allow you to fit into the Getty Images team and job role seamlessly by building confidence and trust among customers and being a positive influence on your colleagues.
Your Next Challenge:
•Day to day point of contact for all customers spending over $50K euros and partner with Key Account Executives on strategic growth opportunities.
•Drive consumption of committed deals through onboarding, mid-year check ins and new user expansion.
•Leverage all products and services to build new segment customer relationships and develop valuable revenue opportunities.
•Detect content gaps in current deal structure that results in loss of share.
•Learn end-to-end workflow for content production to advise Key Account Executives on how to drive workflow improvements and deal ‘stickiness’ (API integrations, DAM requirements, plugins, etc.).
•Identify customer intelligence from day-to-day contacts that will point Key Account Executives towards new development opportunities (custom solutions, Video, Unsplash, etc.).
•Support and manage renewals.
•Manage all day-to-day project level discovery, quotes and negotiations on ALC or new committed deals.
•Early understanding of new client relationships to support more specific pitches and new contact referrals with Key Account Executives.
•Support addition of new products – such as Custom Solutions – and leads clients through new processes.
•Facilitate face-to-face meetings with clients and reinforce relationships.
What you will need:
You are enrolled in a Master 1 or 2 in business school, engineering school or university with a first successful experience as a Salesperson or Sales Account manager (internship or other), ideally in an international environment. You express yourself fluently in English and French, both written and spoken.
