Due to the current conditions and impact of Covid-19, this key position will initially work from home, until such a time when we return to our office. 

Who You Are:

    • We’re looking for a great candidate to help us manage and strengthen our partnerships with our Content Partners. You will be a member of a Team passionate about creating and executing the development plans for partners, identifying new partner opportunities and contribute to the growth of content on www.gettyimages.com
    • You will support relationships with our Key Content Providers, serving as the secondary contact to ensure positive and sustainable relationships. By building efficiencies for communication and management of partner relationships you will ensure that we can successfully scale. You will track performance of Partner’s content and sales, suggesting improvements to increase impact with our Global Customer base.
    • This position is responsible for the implementation of projects to support the Content Partnership business. You will need to be a proactive self-starter, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while focused on the Company's key objectives.

Your Next Challenge:

    • Focuses on business processes and understands short- and long-term business requirements.
    • Analyses business requirements and builds structure and workflows to manage contracts, communication and documents.
    • Configures and supports application platform to support business processes.
    • Estimates project work and crafts work plans.
    • High level of accuracy and understanding of the “numbers”.
    • Works closely with the Business Intelligence team to analyse gaps in content offering and research leads, ensuring only viable leads are pursued by the Content Partner Team.
    • Act as key contact for understanding end-to-end workflow through Getty Image’s various databases and applications.
    • Demonstrated ability to make decisions and take ownership, while balancing this with input from key partners of the business.
    • You will help bridge the communication with Sales and Marketing, focusing on spotlighting existing collections & new exclusive partnerships.
    • Provide written and verbal project status.

What You'll Need:

    • Project Management and Organizational structuring experience.
    • Experience with digital media is encouraged.
    • Proactive self-starter with a collaborative attitude.
    • Outstanding relationship management skills.
    • Able to multi-task with outstanding analytical and organizational skills.
    • Significant experience in change management and business development.
    • Research skills. Able to identify and present a lead funnel.
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master's of Science.

Mental and Physical Demands:

    • Frequent communication with others to exchange information.
    • Occasionally moving objects up to 20 lbs and frequently moving objects up to 10 lbs.
    • Frequent sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing; Time of each will vary.
    • Constant operation of computer and frequent usage of other office machinery, including (but not limited to) calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
    • Constant assessment of accuracy and thoroughness of the work assignment.
