The Sr. Key Account Executive, Agency represents the Getty Images value proposition with clarity and accuracy, driving a consistent cadence of discovery conversations and meetings, with activity tracked in Salesforce. You will grow existing revenue streams within assigned Agency accounts by establishing relationships with new departments and contacts, and surfacing new opportunities for our solutions, and charging fair value, leading to increased penetration and greater share of customer spend.

Your Next Challenge:

    • Build lasting, inclusive, collaborative, trusting professional relationships with existing and new contacts.  
    • Know the dynamics of the Agency business, staying on top of trends in the business and knowing all major end clients.
    • Acquire proficient understanding of Getty Images multiple business product mix/solutions (including custom content and Generative AI) and determine customer needs using diligent and effective discovery skills, including interaction and business with industry competitors.  
    • Expand and improve business relationships with customers by proposing solutions that meet customer needs determined during discovery.  
    • Identify, access, and influence contacts at multiple decision-making levels.   
    • Demonstrate consistent sales activity including daily habits contributing to progressing leads through sales stages, documenting planning and implementing detailed next steps for each opportunity.   
    • Develop book of business, looking beyond short-term targets to build a pipeline of sufficient size and viability to exceed budget.  
    • Implement business strategy across the account base including cross-selling, upselling, discount management, and successfully raising pricing or bringing new, fee-based products or features to market.  
    • Plan, document, and present selling plans on a quarterly basis, outlining specific targets, contact strategy, KPIs for success and points of adjustment.   
    • Deliver engaging, concise, and persuasive sales presentations, communicating relatable and viable solutions that clearly lead to sales results.   
    • Consistently deliver required business reports and updates accurately and on time.  
    • Meet required monthly Salesforce CRM KPIs.  
    • Upload a forecast (Outlook) that is +/-10% of what is delivered in the month. 

What You'll Need:

    • 5+ years of sales representative experience working for or with Agencies, selling in a systematic, methodological way using a process driven approach.  
    • Proficient industry knowledge with the ability to relate to solutions and sales conversations. 
    • Demonstrated experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM system, and with Salesforce Engage, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent tools. 
    • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects and clients.
    • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills including via web conferencing.  
    • Well-developed time management and organization skills with the ability to work efficiently while focusing on top priorities for productive outcomes as aligned with expectations.   
    • Must be commercially aware and data-driven, using customer purchase history, habits and insights to thoroughly assess demand relative to competition before outlining any proposal or countering to client offers.  
    • Competency in Excel and other reporting tools.  
    • Ability to effectively build a network of prospective client contacts, not relying on a single or existing contacts. 
    • Ability to proactively communicate and persistently follow-up to close business.  
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal Getty Images subject matter experts (SME's) and colleagues in other functions/departments.

$78,500 - $122,600 a year
Sales roles at Getty Images are compensated based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: qualifications, skill level, demonstrated expertise, certification, business requirements, requirements for the position, geographic location, and level of responsibility relative to the position requirements. Given these factors and others, the starting base pay range for this position can be quite broad, typically from $78,500 to $122,600. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any point in the future. Health Insurance
We provide Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance for you and your family. We partner with Meritain (An Aetna Company), and CVS Caremark to provide you with two options for medical coverage - a POS plan and an HSA-qualified (Health Savings Account) Plan. The POS plan comes with a $200 per year Getty Images contribution to an FSA account. If you enroll in the HSA plan, Getty Images will give you $1400-$2400 per year to spend on any qualified health expenses. Dental insurance is available through Delta Dental.
