Senior Sales Coach - Global Sales Enablement
Location: This remote role can be based out of EMEA or AMER
Who You Are:
- You are a highly skilled, ideally formally qualified sales coach who has also been a high-performing sales professional who’s proven themselves in a high-stakes commercial environment. You see selling as an art that can always be improved upon and are passionate about helping others to master their craft.
- You’re a credible self-starter with a comprehensive understanding of Getty Images’ target growth segments, products and processes (or are willing to put in the work to get up to speed quickly). You’re able to build rapport with experienced and highly-tenured reps globally, recognizing the importance of cultural sensitivity and can coach against knowledge or skills gaps, understanding that the best solutions for sales challenges come from the coachee.
- You understand that our sales reps might not always feel they need coaching so you understand the importance of asking pertinent coaching questions designed to surface insights they can implement straight away.
- You think strategically and balance this by consulting widely, building relationships, moving quickly and being willing to experiment. This is an environment that is rarely the same from one week to the next but is one in which the right individual can thrive.

Your Next Challenge:
- We are looking for an experienced sales coach to join our global Sales and Service Enablement team.
- Your specific remit will be the English-speaking Key Account, Field Sales and Customer Success teams in our EMEA and AMER regions but you’ll be partnering closely with your colleagues in the wider Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams as well as the sales organization globally to drive continuous, consistent improvement in the sales skills of all reps irrespective of location
- You will develop a program of virtual sales coaching for all English speakers targeting a regular cadence of customer meeting focused coaching for the 170 individuals for whom English is their core selling language.
- Create a representative self-assessment tool for use in coaching sessions along with a formal feedback loop targeting agreed areas for development
What You'll Need:
- 7+ years relevant work experience in a SaaS environment
- Proven commercial sales and customer-facing experience, preferably to senior sales or Line manager level
- Relevant coaching experience working with sales reps and/or managers to improve skills and enhance results
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- To be a driven, self-starting team player able to prioritize and manage activities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills within all levels in the organization including senior leadership
- Proven track record of forming and maintaining positive business relationships
- The ability to work autonomously and remotely from direct line management and/or your peers and colleagues
- Proven history of improving sales or service performance through coaching
- A formal coaching qualification from a recognized coaching body (ICF, IAC, EMCC) a plus
Mental and Physical Demands:
- Frequent communication with others to exchange information.
- Frequent sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing; Time of each will vary.
- Constant operation of computer and frequent usage of other office machinery, including (but not limited to) calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
- Frequent repetition of motions and gestures that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. (Required)
