Position: Email Marketing & Deliverability Specialist (Cold Outreach Focus)
Salary Range: ₱45,000 – ₱55,000 (starting depending on experience)

We are looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in cold email outreach and deliverability management. This role requires both technical know-how and creative writing ability to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences while ensuring optimal deliverability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research the digital footprint of clients (websites, social media, etc.) to generate tailored email content.
- Develop email marketing templates based on client ICPs, briefs, and online presence.
- Write multiple variations of email campaigns targeting different market segments.
- Craft effective subject lines, body copy, and CTAs while avoiding spam triggers.
- Manage technical setup on NameCheap and Google Workspace (domain purchase, mailbox creation, TXT records, DMARC, DKIM, SPF).
- Warm up client email addresses and monitor domain health to maintain high deliverability rates.
- Utilize Apollo for lead generation and campaign sequencing.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (Open Rate, Click Rate, Response Rate).
- Provide weekly performance reports to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold email outreach and deliverability.
- Strong writing and editing skills for email copy.
- Familiarity with technical domain/email setup and authentication protocols.
- Experience with lead generation tools (Apollo preferred).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering results.

₱45,000 - ₱55,000 a month
