Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Delegation Coaching team, ensuring consistent delivery quality and coaching standards.
- Design and continuously improve the Delegation Coaching curriculum, focusing on client onboarding, task delegation frameworks, and assistant enablement.
- Build and document standardized methodologies, including delegation audits, productivity planning, and workflow mapping.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Training/L&D teams to align coaching outcomes with client satisfaction metrics and retention goals.
- Oversee program rollout and performance tracking, including client participation, success metrics, and feedback cycles.
- Create resources (playbooks, video modules, guides) that can scale the program across multiple customer segments.
- Review coaching session data and qualitative feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Represent the Delegation Coaching function in internal operations reviews and client success enablement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in coaching, training, or customer success roles — ideally within BPO, SaaS, or remote workforce environments.
- Demonstrated experience in program management, team leadership, or curriculum design.
- Strong understanding of delegation, productivity systems, and client–assistant dynamics.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and organized, capable of tracking and improving coaching outcomes based on data.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Operations, and Training departments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating enablement or learning programs for customer-facing teams.
- Knowledge of asynchronous delegation models, task tracking systems, or productivity tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Notion).
- Coaching certification or background in executive assistance or operations enablement.
Compensation
Department: Customer Success Enablement
Work Setup: Remote / Hybrid
Compensation: PHP 55,000–75,000/month (based on experience and performance)
