About the Role

We’re seeking a Delegation Coach (VA-Facing) to help virtual assistants (VAs) master the skills needed to extract meaningful work from clients, build value through proactive delegation, and maximize utilization.
This role combines elements of coaching, enablement, and performance development — focusing on vertical-based upskilling, strategic task creation, and value communication that helps assistants become indispensable contributors to client success.

₱45,000 - ₱55,000 a month
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 or group coaching sessions with assigned VAs (approximately 10–20 at a time), focusing on delegation, initiative, and communication.
- Help VAs understand client business models and vertical-specific workflows, enabling them to identify new opportunities for contribution.
- Teach work extraction techniques — how to uncover and propose valuable tasks aligned with client goals.
- Monitor VA utilization and workload balance, ensuring optimal productivity and alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Enablement and Training teams to align coaching modules with delegation frameworks and - productivity playbooks.
- Track progress, assess competency improvements, and report coaching impact using structured feedback tools.
- Identify skill gaps and escalate learning needs for inclusion in formal training or retraining programs.
- Contribute to the development of delegation resources, templates, and vertical-based learning modules.

Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of experience in training, coaching, or people development — preferably within a BPO, remote, or virtual assistant environment.
- Strong understanding of delegation dynamics, task management, and client–assistant collaboration.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse learner profiles.
- Analytical and empathetic approach to coaching; capable of balancing accountability with support.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple VA cohorts simultaneously.


Preferred Skills
- Experience in Learning & Development or Operations Enablement.
- Knowledge of business process mapping or vertical-specific task frameworks (e.g., marketing, sales, admin).
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or productivity systems.
- Coaching certification or training in adult learning methodologies is an advantage.

Compensation
Department: Learning & Development
Work Setup: Remote / Hybrid
Compensation: PHP 45,000–55,000/month (based on experience and performance)
