About the Role
We’re hiring a Compliance & Policy Operations Analyst to safeguard Wing’s ecosystem by enforcing communication and anti-poaching policies, monitoring off-platform risk behaviors, and ensuring assistants and clients operate within approved channels. This role is central to maintaining trust, data security, and compliance integrity — ensuring all communication and engagement activities remain aligned with company standards, contracts, and platform policies.
₱45,000 - ₱60,000 a month
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce channel and communication guardrails, ensuring all interactions occur within approved company systems (e.g., Wing App, Slack, HubSpot, official email).
- Monitor and investigate potential off-platform communication, solicitation, or client-assistant bypass activities.
- Administer and support the anti-poaching policy, conducting audits, reviews, and escalation reports as needed.
- Analyze behavioral and communication data to identify early risk signals of potential policy breaches or conflicts of interest.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and Legal to resolve incidents and enforce compliance outcomes.
- Document all investigations, evidence trails, and resolutions following internal data-handling standards.
- Conduct periodic compliance awareness sessions to reinforce policy adherence and best practices among internal teams.
- Recommend updates to policy frameworks and enforcement protocols based on emerging risks and trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or operations control roles, preferably in BPO, tech, or remote workforce settings.
- Strong understanding of anti-poaching, confidentiality, and communication governance policies.
- Excellent analytical and investigative skills with a keen eye for detail and pattern recognition.
- Strong written communication and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, CRM systems, and data-driven risk detection processes.
- High ethical standards, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive or confidential information.
Preferred Skills
- Background in policy operations, legal compliance, or HR investigations.
- Knowledge of contractual compliance, data privacy, and remote workforce governance.
- Experience using communication monitoring or audit platforms.
- Certification in Compliance, Risk, or Data Privacy is a plus.
