About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to manage, optimize, and scale paid recruitment campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube. This role is responsible for driving qualified applicant volume through strategic ad placements, audience targeting, and conversion optimization — ensuring every peso spent brings measurable results in cost per qualified candidate (CAC) and applicant funnel efficiency.
₱45,000 - ₱70,000 a month
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid recruitment campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and daily pacing to achieve target CAC and qualified applicant goals.
- Develop and test creative variations (videos, thumbnails, captions, CTAs) for recruitment-specific performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to refine audience targeting, messaging, and funnel alignment.
- Track and analyze ad performance metrics including CTR, conversion rate, CPL, CAC, and quality of leads.
- Maintain an accurate attribution framework, connecting ad performance to actual qualified applicant data.
- Recommend adjustments to targeting, spend allocation, and creative strategy based on performance insights.
- Stay updated on ad platform policies, recruitment trends, and algorithm changes to maintain compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare weekly performance reports summarizing results, learnings, and actionable next steps for leadership.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally for recruitment or lead generation.
- Proven success managing TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Ads with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution modeling.
- Proficiency in Ads Manager tools, Google Analytics, or equivalent performance dashboards.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad design, messaging, and testing.
- Highly organized and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Preferred Skills
- Background in recruitment marketing or HR tech advertising.
- Familiarity with CRM or ATS integration for ad tracking and applicant flow.
- Experience with UTM tracking, A/B testing frameworks, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of CAC optimization, funnel reporting, and LTV analysis.
