Job Description
We’re looking for a talented individual to join our growing team of apartment leasing assistants! We’re changing the way real estate is managed in the United States and looking for people that have previous sales and customer support experience that are eager to join us. We partner with large property managers to streamline their leasing process and increase the number of tours and subsequent leases they’re able to sign.
Responsibilities
Text message prospective renters to set up tour booking/appointments
Work on the Zuma portal to clear out text messages quickly and with accuracy in both grammar and spelling
Make outbound calls to set appointments (less frequent)
Work with the operations team to help train the Zuma AI (Artificial Intelligence)leasing assistant
Operate alongside the AI leasing assistant to lease apartments
Ensure prospects are making their onsite or virtual tours
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer renter questions
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Requirements
2-3 years of experience working in a call/virtual messaging center or International Call Center Company.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Genuine, outgoing, and friendly
Willing to speak up and give feedback
Obsessed with quick responses and delivering the customer value in a timely manner
Strong written skills and experience with texting and/or email
Comfortable working in Google Sheets and computers
Quick learner and adapting to high pace environment
Confident over the phone and able to naturally converse with Americans of all different backgrounds
Great understanding of American culture and vernacular
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
