Responsibilities
- Designing and developing high-quality backend software solutions for our AI team and Large Language models (LLMs)
- Scaling infrastructure with Kubernetes, VPC deployments, load balancers
- Ensuring robustness and scalability by leading best practices for testing, architecture, and code quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality
- Investigating and resolving software defects and issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend software development
- Basic or working knowledge of Python and Typescript
- Proficiency in one or more languages and frameworks such as Javascript, Typescript, Python, ExpressJS, NodeJS, MongoDB/NoSQL, and Rust
- Experience with micro-service backend frameworks and technologies, as well as server-less architectures
- Experience with database systems and query optimization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Startup experience and a scrappy/flexible mindset
