Retail Sales Executive - Lagos
Ensure - Nigeria
Primarily responsible for selling retail insurance and renewal of existing retail insurance businesses.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell retail insurance products to customers
- Upsell and manage existing customers
- Manage own Unit as a profitable business with focus on sales and persistency of generated business.
- Carry out relevant lead generation activities to bolster business.
- Maximize sales productivity for unit and build healthy distribution through direct support for closing business.
- Carry out goal setting exercise to achieve the targeted income bracket.
- Ensures the following:
- 1) High standards of discipline
- 2) Management of the sales process
- 3) High degree of engagement in the Unit
Experience, Competencies, and Skills Requirements
- Works/Worked in formal or informal set – up
- 25 Years above
- Sales Management
- Strong organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial skills
- Self/Goal driven, Passionate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- HND / BSc / OND
- Trade experience in retail sales
- Understanding of the financial services sector and Insurance industry sub sector is an added advantage
