Our client is a fast-growing luxury e-commerce company in West Hollywood looking for a full-charge bookkeeper to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage cash flow and payments.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Improve financial processes for scalability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably with inventory experience in a wholesale environment.
- BS in Accounting is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, FileMaker, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
$80,000 - $110,000 a year
