We’re looking for an Accounting Manager who loves structure but thrives in a lively, people-centered environment. You’ll be stepping into a well-organized department, leading a small and supportive team (AR, AP, and Allocations), and partnering closely with leadership to keep financial operations running flawlessly.
You’ll even have the added bonus of being trained by the current Accounting Manager—someone who knows the ins and outs of the business and is excited to set you up for success.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee month-end close, AP/AR, and GL functions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage bank relationships and multiple accounts (domestic and international).
- Handle bi-weekly payroll and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Partner with our CPA for tax filings and audits.
- Prepare P&L reports, forecasts, and budgeting analyses.
- Support international operations (EU, UK, and Mexico) and work with multiple currencies.
- Lead and mentor your small accounting team, promoting growth and collaboration.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of hands-on accounting experience with some leadership exposure.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, or fashion preferred.
- Familiarity with international transactions, VAT, and currency conversion.
- A people-first approach—especially important in a fast-moving, creative industry.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).
- A genuine passion for organization, accuracy, and teamwork.
- Retail, commission, tip reporting experience

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
