Due to growth, the team is looking to add a Senior Accountant who will play a key role in overseeing and managing various aspects of financial accounting, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. What you would be doing:
- Perform timely month-end and quarter-end close activities for multiple entities.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to assess accuracy, completeness to reporting and procedural standards.
- Maintain varied accounting schedules to include prepaid and fixed assets schedules.
- Analysis and reconciliation of cost of goods sold, inventory general ledger and inventory system.
- Perform day-to-day general ledger accounting operations to include journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, flux analysis, general ledger maintenance and consolidation of accounting entities.
- Assist in data collection and reporting.
- Other ad hoc projects and analysis as needed.
What you will bring:
- At least 3 years of related accounting experience
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Proficient Excel skills
- Good understanding of U.S. GAAP
$80,000 - $100,000 a year
