Position Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be the key finance professional within the organization, responsible for leading all budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. This individual will serve as the go-to resource for leadership, providing data-driven recommendations and ensuring sound financial health.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the organization’s financial operations
Develop, monitor, and maintain annual budgets and forecasts
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and stakeholders
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance against budget
Implement best practices and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes
Collaborate with leadership to align financial planning with organizational goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis
Proven ability to work independently in a sole finance role
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel
